Roberto Style provides professional hairstyling, haircuts, Thermocut services, hair color, highlights, hair extensions, smoothing treatments, straightening services, styling, consultations, and related beauty services.

<h3>Appointments and Availability</h3>

Appointment availability is subject to Roberto’s schedule, salon availability, service duration, consultation requirements, and confirmation through the applicable booking platform.
</p>
<p>
Submitting a request, completing a contact form, or sending a WhatsApp message does not guarantee an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after the client receives confirmation and, when required, submits the applicable deposit or advance payment.
</p>
<h3>Consultations</h3>
<p>
Certain services, including hair extensions, corrective color, permanent straightening, major transformations, and other complex or long appointments, may require a consultation before booking.
</p>
<p>
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their hair history, previous chemical services, allergies, sensitivities, medications, home treatments, and desired results.
</p>
<h3>Pricing and Estimates</h3>
<p>
Prices displayed on the website or discussed before an appointment may be starting prices or estimates.
</p>
<p>
Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, condition, previous treatments, required products, extension quantity, service complexity, time required, and changes requested by the client.
</p>
<p>
Any significant pricing changes will be discussed before additional work is performed.
</p>
<h3>Deposits and Payments</h3>
<p>
Certain appointments require a deposit or advance payment. Deposits are applied toward the final service balance unless otherwise stated.

<p>
Custom-ordered extension hair and specially purchased materials must be paid for before the order is submitted.
</p>
<p>
All deposits, custom orders, cancellations, rescheduling requests, and missed appointments are governed by the Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy.
</p>
<p>
The remaining service balance is due on the appointment date unless a different written arrangement has been approved.
</p>
<h3>Custom Hair Extension Orders</h3>
<p>
Extension hair is ordered based on the specifications approved during consultation, including method, color, length, texture, and quantity.
</p>
<p>
Once a custom hair order has been submitted to the supplier, the payment becomes non-refundable and non-transferable, except when Roberto Style or the supplier is unable to fulfill the order.
</p>
<h3>Cancellations, Rescheduling and Late Arrivals</h3>
<p>
Clients must follow the notice requirements stated in the Booking, Deposit & Cancellation Policy.
</p>
<p>
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service, rescheduling, cancellation, or forfeiture of the deposit when the scheduled service can no longer be completed.
</p>
<h3>Service Results</h3>
<p>
Hair results vary depending on the client’s starting condition, texture, density, previous chemical history, maintenance, home care, and compliance with professional recommendations.
</p>
<p>
Photographs, examples, and before-and-after images are provided for illustration and inspiration. They do not guarantee that every client will achieve identical results.
</p>
<h3>Service Concerns and Adjustments</h3>
<p>
Clients should contact Roberto Style within seven days if they have a concern about a completed service.
</p>
<p>
Any adjustment must relate to the service and result originally agreed upon during consultation.
</p>
<p>
Requests for a different color, haircut, extension length, installation method, style, or result are considered new services and may require additional payment.
</p>
<h3>Health and Safety</h3>
<p>
Clients must inform Roberto of any allergies, sensitivities, scalp conditions, recent medical procedures, pregnancy-related concerns, or other relevant conditions before receiving a service.

<p>
Roberto Style may refuse, postpone, modify, or discontinue a service when it may be unsafe, unsuitable, or likely to compromise the client’s hair or scalp.

<h3>Website Information</h3>

Roberto Style makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, prices, services, schedules, availability, locations, product information, and policies may change without prior notice.
